copic markers, pitt pen on 9x12 inch drawing paper. I've realized that I seem to sketch or draw easier with a ballpoint pen, than i do with a pencil. so i thought i'd try to just lay down a rough pencil sketch and just draw it out in pen. I find it's easier, maybe more fluid. usually i would make sure the pencil drawing is as finished as possible before i ink it. Going to do a few of these and see how it goes.

Its just a bit darker, i thought some was wrong, but the rest of her is totally perfect.

it's just something i tend to do. there are places on the body where the skin is thinner and very vascular, and those areas appear redder than other areas, nose, ear lobes, elbows and knees. it's gray scale, so i just darken those areas :)
